What if I had followed my dream to be a practicing architect? I would have missed out on an exciting career assisting Corporate C-Suites globally identify and capture over $1.6 billion in bottom line returns by managing their real estate assets strategically and tactically. My story starts in NewYork and then travels all over the world as a solutions architect for those forgotten ASSETS, land, plant and equipment. Please follow my journey here on this website.

MY VALUE PROPOSITION

It's not where you start the race it's finishing the race that counts

As a marathon runner I am in it for the long haul. I always finish the race and in my professional life I always cross the finish line. When you run a marathon there is a point during those 26.2 miles where you hit “the wall.” Your body is screaming stop! In business as in running I faced many of those same types of situations. To overcome “the wall,” you need a creative breakthrough. In the marathon your brain has to be creative and convince your body to keep going. In those business challenges I faced, I always solutioneered a creative breakthrough to generate over $1.63 billion in bottom line returns, 647 transactions, cost savings of over $60mm and along the way generated positive public and governmental relations by returning many of these "corporate discards" to economically contributing members of their communities.

WHY DO I DO WHAT I DO?

When my children were growing up they would talk about what they wanted to do with their lives. I offered one piece of advice, "no matter what you choose to do always be passionate about it." My passion for my career translates into positive free cash flow, reduced costs, beneficial HR and PR impacts and operating efficiencies. I enjoy being a member of a corporate team that makes an impact. The ability to also positively impact people through mentoring and education is what drives me.
